Covermark Moisture Veil LX

I love convenient. Make-up, work, daily life, everything. I think its important to be flexible and convenient as it saves lots of time and I can do lots of work too. Especially make-up. To be honest for daily make-up I always prefer ones that allow me to achieved flawless look effortlessly. By effortlessly I mean, around 5-10minutes to finish it then voila to the office I go!

Again, Covermark was so kind enough to sponsored me one of their product, Moisture Veil LX that claims to give good sebum control. Eventhough my skin type is dry but its different on the T-zone area, it always oily after about few hours of powder / foundation application.

So, how does this product perform?

The powder (IDR 264.000) and case (IDR 180.000) comes in separate packaging. The case itself give the impression of luxury with its combination of black and gold and slim rectangular shape. Completed with mirror and sponge made it more travel friendly. No need to afraid the powder might fall or loosen cap as unlike most powder case, Covermark's Moisture Veil LX's case equipped with a long gold button to keep to product safe.

As you can see (or maybe not?) the shade that the BA choose for me suite my skin well as if I don't use any powder. Honestly its pretty hard for me to take this swatch picture. Never in my life I got powder / foundation that match my skin tone perfectly. At first I though this only apply on back of my hand until I use it.


Apparently it does too on my face. As if I achieve my face goal, lol. It covers my redness, pores and uneven skintone, especially my under eyes. On picture above I only use Covermark Moisture Veil LX without any concealer as I wanna test its' coverage and apparently its . . . PERFECT. Well obviously for big pores I need extra helps but what impressed me it covers me acne scar and under eyes (yes, for the second time I mentioned this)

The texture itself is powdery and sometimes it might dust all over the case when I use brush. As for the scent it didn't smell so perfume-y. Not sure how to describe it properly but its just smell like any regular powder with a little hint of perfume.

As I mentioned before, I love convenient make-up. I love base make-up that could help me achieve flawless look effortlessly especially in the morning and Covermark Moisture Veil LX answer it. I only need like a minute or two to dab it all over my face and I'm done! No need to mention their coverage power as its ah-mazingly cover and light!

It gives great coverage but didn't cause any breakout on my acne prone and sensitive skin. This made me happy as lately I didn't use make-up primer, my favourite one are about to run out but this product as if create another layer and (again I mentioned this) result in matte finish. What I like most, the colour of my pale blush-on pop out. I have this pale pink blush that I rarely use as it turns kinda purple but it didn't when I apply it along with Moisture Veil LX.

Their oil control claim? too good to be true. Not perfect tho but so far from all the product I've tried after stays for almost 8hours with matte finish result, my T-Zone less oily than it supposed to be. It didn't fade that much especially on my cheek area, the matte result still there.

I always thought that dry skin might need extra moisturizer for powder base make-up as it tends to result in dry patches especially for me who work in office full of air-conditioner but apparently, again, still look matte.
